As another year of missed opportunities goes begging for majority of the competition, as our focus shifts towards the Grand Finalists for 2023 – Collingwood Magpies vs Brisbane Lions which will be live in the Members’ Bar.
The Grand Final will be Brisbane’s first since 2004, the Lions have been perennial contenders in recent seasons, making September in every year since 2019. Collingwood on the other hand their most recent Grand final appearance was 2018 when they led most of the day only for Dom Sheed to break the hearts of all the magpie supporters in the dying moments of the game.
We invite you to join us on Saturday 30 September at 13:30 at The Members’ Bar to celebrate the AFL Grand Final.
All Members and their Guests are invited to join in a 4-hour drinks package during the game which includes tap beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, along with footy food (including healthier choices) for $80 per person. Be sure to come with an appetite!
There will also be game day sweeps with prizes to be won. And remember, whether your team made it to the Grand Final or not, we encourage all Members to proudly don their footy team colours, adding to the spirited atmosphere.
