Champagne Evening: A Sparkling Finale for 2024 To end our wine evenings in style, we’re popping the corks on a selection of exceptional Champagnes and two iconic Australian sparkling reds.
The evening will feature a non-vintage Champagne on arrival, followed by three Champagne flights, including 5 Grand Cru and 3 Premier Cru varieties from family producers in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions. We’ll conclude with two Australian sparkling Shiraz from Julian Castagna and Duane Coates.
The chef’s specially crafted menu will perfectly complement the wines. Expect delights like Brie and prosciutto paired with rosé, seafood finger limes with vintage Champagnes, and white chocolate with lemon myrtle to enhance the sparkling reds.
