Meet the New Equipment:

  • Leg Press/Hack Squat: Perfect for targeting your quads, hamstrings, and glutes, this versatile machine allows you to perform both leg presses and hack squats for a full lower-body workout.
  • Pec Dec/ Rear Delt Fly: A great choice for chest or Rear Delt development, this machine offers two options either to isolate the chest muscles or isolate the back of the shoulder, helping you build strength and definition in the upper body.
  • Multi Press: With adjustable settings, the Multi Press offers a range of exercises for the chest, shoulders, and triceps, providing a customisable strength training option.
  • Lat Pull Down/Low Row: This dual-function machine targets your back, biceps, and shoulders, allowing you to perform lat pull-downs or low rows for a well-rounded upper body workout.
