FFS- a simple acronym that will be your focus for 6 weeks starting Tuesday 11 February. This fitness inspired challenge is designed to help remove any obstacles members may have to completing there dedicated weight sessions. Under the guidance of our expert trainers Members will be put through two dedicated weight sessions a week focusing on improving strength, fitness, range of motion and overall stamina.

Every two weeks the program will change to ensure that members are able to refine technique before ensuring maximum performance output the following week. The weights classes will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 07:00, 12:30 and 18:00. The program is designed to all inclusive meaning everyone is capable of performing the exercises including the initial and final metric tests.
