Our boxing class is an excellent way to kick off your fitness journey, whether you’re a beginner or simply seeking an enjoyable and challenging workout. You’ll discover the fundamentals of boxing, such as correct form, footwork, and basic techniques, all while engaging in a fantastic full-body workout. Each session is tailored to help you enhance your strength, increase your stamina, and elevate your confidence in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Come join us for an exciting and empowering experience—no prior experience required!
Capacity: 10ppl
Level: Beginners and Intermediate welcome
Format: Members are required to attend in pairs, as all drills will be conducted in an alternating manner. Should anyone be without a partner, they may reach out to the Athletic Department, and we will try to match them with someone.
Attendance: Anyone attending needs to reserve their spot upfront. Please email to athletic@tattersallsclub.com.au or reserve in person at Athletic Department desk.
What will we provide: Boxing gloves and pads (you are also welcome to bring yours)
Bring or buy from us: Boxing wraps inserts (purchasable at the AD desk for $25)
