We’re thrilled to invite our members to experience a new cocktail at our Members Bar. If you can’t visit, you’re welcome to try the recipe at home and craft a truly unique and refreshing drink—the Earl Grey MarTEAni! Originally created by the renowned Audrey Saunders of New York’s Pegu Club in the early 2000s, this delightful twist on a classic gin sour perfectly balances the citrus notes of Tanqueray 10 with the aromatic bergamot in Earl Grey tea.
