If you have seen one of our staff running passionately around the Club with great panache of getting things done, then it must be our Employee of the Quarter Josefa Lorca. Not since the big bang have we seen such an impact as hers.
Josefa joined the Club in June as a Yoga instructor and the Guests services administrator and we haven’t seen her slow down since.
Josefa’s second week saw her covering multiple yoga classes while also promoting our one-on-one yoga services. In her fourth week here, Josefa helped in perfecting Athletic Department’s administration operations to ensure the Athletic Department maintained its five-star level of service that our Members are accustomed to.
Not just that, using her experience in hospitality and fine dining Josefa is often seen helping out the food and beverage team for functions and boosting the morale of all involved.
It didn’t take long for Tattersalls to realise her potential, and offer her the role of our Events Coordinator which she started in September and has proved her worthiness everyday since.
Josefa’s attention to detail, tenacity and can-do attitude has helped shape what has already been a busy but amazing events season. The positive and amazing feedback that the club receives after every event shows her dedication towards her role.
In what has been a difficult year for everyone to find and maintain staff, we at Tattersalls know how lucky we are to have each and every one in our team.
