We are thrilled to announce that Mariana Komezo has been named our Staff Member of the Quarter! Mariana has truly gone above and beyond in the last few months, stepping up to take on additional responsibilities in the Membership department while Josefa is on maternity leave.
With remarkable enthusiasm, skill, and a can-do attitude, Mariana has embraced these new challenges with determination and grace. Whether it’s learning new tasks on the fly or going the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly, her self-motivation and willingness to learn have been essential in ensuring the continued success of the department.
Mariana’s hard work and dedication have had a significant impact, not just on new members, but also on our team and the Club as a whole. While she may not always be seen front-of-house, Mariana plays a crucial role behind the scenes, whether she’s assembling the weekly newsletter, updating the Club’s posters, behind the camera at events or making improvements to the Club website.
In addition to her usual role as Marketing and Communications Manager, Mariana has seamlessly assisted with new member onboarding, member account administration, and more. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without skipping a beat has been invaluable to our ongoing success.
