Andrea Pritzker MW will host a masterclass focusing on the wonderful wines of Tuscany, followed by a curated three-course dinner with matched wines.
One of the few Masters of Wine worldwide, Andrea is recognised as one of Australia’s leading wine educators. Her relaxed and engaging style brings another dimension to wine appreciation, whether you are a novice or an aficionado.
Following the tutorial, we will serve a three-course meal of authentic Tuscan cuisine by Chef Fernando in conjunction with Mario & Cinzia’s mother, Signora Della Corte.
